Here are the cd cover illustrations I designed as a series to be given out during Snafu’s 7th birthday party week. The covers are designed with the same structure but reflect the idea and vibe from each different night.

New illustrations based on my Degree Show project ‘Wish You Were Here’.
‘Wish You Were Here’ attempts to depict the nostalgia of beautiful places found in Scotland and things often seen when there. My illustrations are based on places from memory and half imaginery.
The first illustrations in this series focus on the season Winter and try to capture first snow and hazy light. I hope to continue these illustrations seasonly.

A poster I created for the upcoming Rum Club at The Athenaeum featuring the rum brand Chairman’s Reserve.
The penultimate party has been and gone… a great time had by all. Here is a video of the night courtesy of recent guest DJ Studio Cee.
Can it be….? Do It’s last time in Cellar Bar? We’re shared many a good time in this little intimate venue and hope to see all the good faces down there tomorrow night.
OUR PENULTIMATE SOIREE!
Approaching the 3rd year of DO IT!, 2012 will see a change in focus from events to production. More news on that in time for our final birthday bash at Snafu. For our penultimate party, we just had to take things back to the original venue, Cellar 35, for memory sake. A fresh DJ/producer talent from Glasgow and the owner of one the most respected modern hip hop labels around are in place to make them.

This was a promotional poster I was asked to design for the 10 Dollar Shake ‘Great Enchanted Tiki-Off’ night.
The night involved rum, fire, carved melons, jungle music, (and techno music?), a real live bemused snake and resulted in us all being sprayed in champagne and drinking way too much rum. (If that’s possible)
The advertising for Absolut Blank keeps catching my attention – it’s a colourful new wave for the range which seems vibrant and exciting. It’s also had a variety of involvement from different creatives, given an absolut blank to work with. I’ve been enjoying the app which allows you to create your own Absolut Blank through photos and sounds.
But what does this one taste like??
